We built the carbon racket lamp to be one thing: a straight-up workhorse for industrial jobs that demand intense, focused heat. Fast. Direct. And right where you need it. It’s the kind of heat you can feel—instant and powerful—especially when space is tight and you can’t afford to waste a single watt.
What’s inside
At the heart of it is a 2500W, 400V carbon filament, tucked inside a 300mm quartz tube. That combo packs a serious punch into a small footprint. And the 300mm length? That gives you a precise heating zone, so you can match the lamp to the exact width of what you’re heating. No guesswork. Just the right amount of heat, right where it matters.
Built to last
This thing runs hot—but smart. The carbon filament works within a halogen cycle that keeps the quartz tube clean and helps the filament last longer. And that quartz tube? It’s tough. Designed to handle rapid on/off cycles without cracking under thermal stress. The R7s double-ended connector isn’t there by accident. It’s an industry standard for a reason—solid mounting and dependable, high-current contact. You plug it in, and it just stays put.
Why it matters on the floor
In racket applications, this lamp brings the heat—fast and localized. It’s meant to drop straight in and replace what you already have, so maintenance stays simple. But here’s the honest part: 2500W is serious power. It needs proper cooling and wiring that can handle the load. If your system is set up for it, you get quick, controllable heat without ripping your whole machine apart. It’s not about over-engineering. It’s about getting the job done—fast, clean, and without fuss.
